Marijuana Enforcement
No matter where you are on this issue when it comes to the use of medical marijuana almost everyone can agree dispensaries have a stigma attached to them.
In the city of Oceanside, CA politicians with the backing of law enforcement have shut down and raided all 4 of the city’s local dispensaries. Oceanside mayor Jim Wood said, “I do not want them (medical marijuana dispensaries) here in our town,”
He went on to say, “Not everyone is in there for medical reasons. I am not very supportive after working in law enforcement all those years and seeing the negative effects of marijuana on individuals and families.”
In 1996 the state of California passed proposition 215, which allows patients to receive a recommendation from a doctor to use marijuana for medical proposes.
Now for a little experiment, let’s pretend we just traveled back to Germany in the 1940’s. Instead of marijuana being the issue, let’s replace it with Jews…

Commie of The Month: Super Congress, Super Unconstitutional
This month our Commie of the Month is The Super Committee.
This is why: The super committee takes power away from the elected representatives and decides the future spending of the county for the next ten years.

The powers of Congress
In the US Constitution Article 1 Section 8, it states The Congress shall have Power:
“To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.”
I read this as,
Congress has the power to make all the laws that are necessary in regards to carrying out the previous laws and actions, and the current laws and actions determined by the US constitution, or any other US government related group.
How do you read it?
Now, on to the super congress…
On the debt agreement ‘‘Budget Control Act of 2011’’- (look at Pg 56, line 17 to pg 57 line 19)
It says Congress will make a super committee that is personally appointed by majority and minority leaders of both houses, no one else decides, just those guys. This means only the status quo is allowed in and independent representatives are not included.
Congressmen are elected for the life of the committee. I say, what if they are screw-ups? What if they hi-jack the committee? Where is the power to stop them?
It says if they are kicked out of office or retire, then the committee chair remains vacant, and the committee dissolves at the end of January 2012.
So let’s say a Republican Committee chairman is blackmailed, then resigns because of the dirt the press has on him, then the seat remains empty and we have a super committee of 6 Democrats and 5 Republicans, and only a simple majority is required to pass a super committee ruling.
The leaders have only 14 days to appoint these people, and they are on vacation. Only 7 people have to show up to hold a meeting. All the stuff they pass gets presented the next day, and congress is not allowed to debate the rulings.
Sound a lot like what happened in Nazi Germany to me.
In 1933 an election was held in Germany, only the Nazis elected were allowed to take their seats. Then the German congress gave all the power to Hitler, no one opposed this, no one stopped this.
In the US Constitution Article 1 Section 1 it expressly outlines the separation of powers.
This newly passed part of the law is unconstitutional.

House Passes Debt Deal
Today the house passed the debt ceiling bill 268 to 161. But what is this deal? CNN says that it will amount to “$2.4 trillion in savings over the next decade, raises the debt ceiling through the end of 2012″. What exactly are we saving, and why are we not holding our elective officials responsible to pay this back until after the election? How many pages was this deal that no one had the time or the interest to read. Are you as fed up as I am with the feds?
Al-Shabab Denies Foreign Aid
Al-Shabab Denies Foreign Aid from “Western and Christian” Organizations into Somalia
Thousands of Somalia’s citizens are flocking to refugee camps in search for food and aid. Al-Shabab is rejecting foreign aid and denying the allegations of a national famine, however reports have been made that tens of thousands have already died due to the rigorous drought.
This is nothing new, the Horn of Africa has been in a drought for some time, and this was the perfect opportunity for a leader like Ibrahim Al-Afghani to begin leading a communist force. Al-shabab’s leader, Ibrahim Al-Afghani, has been denying international relief programs due to its revenues are generated from “Western and Christian” organizations. These guys are commies. They think they are better than everyone else in the world because they obeyed by Sharia Law; give me a break! Since 2007 over one million Somalian’s began receiving international aid, in 2008 over two million and in 2009 over three million. Ibrahim al-Afghani has the people of Somalia, Ethiopia and the surrounding big horn of Africa in
his back pocket.
Ibrahim al-Afghani is a strict enforcer of Sharia Law, and has had numerous counts of vicious crimes such as; stoning a thirteen year old girl to death in a soccer stadium filled with spectators, when she was rapped; and also enforced the removal of all gold and silver tooth fillings because it was “unlawful”. These guys are a bunch of commies; ruining the Samolian’s economy and livelihoods.
The famine has reached astronomical numbers; tens of thousands have been reported dead according to the UN. The UN needs to step up, and begin battling the forces that deny international relief. These guys are a bunch of rebels, using guerrilla warfare to overthrow governments while denying access for relief organizations. This is all due to a severe drought that is causing a brutal famine. Organizations such as Ruacommie.com, Red Cross and the Somalia relief fund are all taking donations that will directly contribute to Somalia. The great thing about Ruacommie.com is they donate 100% of the profit (proceeds/donations – shipping =100% to the Somalians) directly to relieve the Somolia, Ethiopia and the Big Horn of Africa’s drought.
Live Aid was a needed relief to the Ethiopian people over 20 years ago. Live Aid gathered over one hundred million dollars in donations for a concert that hosted some of the world’s most inspirational musicians such as Led Zepplin, the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Madona, Paul McArtny, Def Lepord, Ozzy Osbourne, U2, Rolling Stones, etc. This is an event that could be held today, tomorrow and in two weeks that would totally eliminate the famine that is overtaking Somalia, Ethiopia and the surrounding Horn of Africa. But many in the world will deny this from happening due to ideological philosophies (commies) that have not ever brought one ounce of freedom in over 150 years of practice.
